Building features over 90,000 square metres of office space. The building is stacked and rotating forms are specifically designed to optimize harbour views.
The Crown Roof features unitised aluminium cladding cassettes with attached sunshades, interlocking and draining to a purpose built 200-metre-long perimeter gutter system.
Lobby Façade uses slender aluminium cladded steel columns to increase natural light in the main entry and pedestrian throughfare areas of the building.
