High performance curved and flat double glazed, double laminated, coated glazing has been developed to comply with the noise levels and heat gains to create comfortable living space for its residents. Guillotine windows have been designed to enhance use of balconies during inclement weather and all year round.
Retail areas have marketed as “brand-new, opulent, trophy retail opportunity” with extensive frontage and outdoor seating.
